We are a fellowship of Catholic women in Southern
Africa and throughout the world.
United through our common faith and under
the motto:
Charity, Work and Loyalty
the League promotes the teachings of
the Church and the principles and values of the Gospel.
The aims of the Catholic Women's League is to encourage women to enhance their spiritual lives
and to be involved in the work of the church, and to serve the community in
social, civic or moral issues.
This site is dedicated to God and asks His blessings on all the people who
have been involved in the Catholic Women's League in South Africa since the
1930's. It also honours those CWL Members who are now deceased, and we
pray that they are enjoying a spiritual CWL tea with Mother Mary.
